I fell into acting when I was ten years old, jumped into Vancouver Film School's Writing for Film and Television program in 2013, and I've been playing video games my whole life.
Recently, I wrote an interactive twitter bot called @TangledTavern designed to let users explore an ever-shifting fantasy world where the barrier between parallel worlds has weakened, resulting in a slightly different experience for each patron within the tavern walls.
I developed characters and story for the Steam action-puzzler "Heroes Never Lose: Professor Puzzler's Perplexing Ploy!"
"Sandbox Supremacy!" is a text-adventure created using Twine in which you take on the role of a kid in elementary school vying to become the ruler of recess: The Supreme Imagineer!
I'm a former writer and contributing editor for the explosive chiptune blog for "Chiptunes = WIN". My "Sladerfluous" review column hunted down chiptune artists to pass their musical goodness on to you.
I've dabbled in creating chiptunes myself, releasing my first digital album "Pixel Green Is People"; an experimental chip album built completely in Nanoloop for iPhone.
Bottom line: if you want to create something, but you're not creating it, stop what you're doing and start creating it. Seriously. You are your own catalyst. Go do the thing. You can do it. I believe in you.
